Are you feeling a bit stuck?a bit tangled?

Sometimes we need support to find a clear path or a new direction. At other times we simply need to feel support. I work with many different types of people and in different professional contexts. My approach is relational, humanistic, and client/supervisee-directed. Let’s work together to help find your true north, and a way forward.

Individual Services

A focus on mental health recovery.

I’ve been supporting people in the Blue Mountains community since 2014. I work with clients to build meaning and new self-stories. Life happens and this sometimes leads to feeling unsafe, unsure or uncertain.

Finding news ways to make sense of our experiences is an important part of the repair and change process.

Working with Couples

New ways to connect, repair, & collaborate.

Relationships can be attuned, connected, and intentional when we make time to recognise our partner’s unique qualities and contributions.

Therapy helps couples find pathways back to each other, and more importantly, themselves. We all lead busy lives, setting aside a regular time to seek support is another way of saying, “You matter to me, and this is worth working on and working through”.

Supervision

Clinical & Peer Supervision

Working with practitioners & professionals.

Underpinned by person-centred principles and compassion, my supervisory approach is influenced by research in neuroscience, somatic experiencing, and felt sense.

When the focus of supervision is both the relationship and the wisdom of bodymind, the learning and support builds trust, competence, and insight.

Peer Supervision

Working with practitioners and professionals.

I provide supervisory support to practitioners across different modalities. My approach is strongly influenced by research in neuroscience and is underpinned by person-centred principles and compassion. When the focus of supervision is the relationship – just like therapy – supervision becomes transformative.

Many of the services developed here are designed to see and imagine how you might be,  just in this moment.

You might need support, some scaffolding, or a place to tether. You may be an early-career practitioner seeking a divergent way to grow and build competence. Or perhaps you are a seasoned clinician, seeking new ways to know self and sector?
