Sometimes, we need support to find a clear path or a new direction. At other times we simply need to feel supported. I work with many different types of people and in different professional contexts. My approach is relational, humanistic, and client/supervisee-directed.

Individual Services

A focus on mental health recovery.

I work with clients to build meaning and new self-stories. Life can be tricky and this sometimes leads to feeling unsafe, unsure, or uncertain. Finding ways to make sense of our experiences is an important part of the recovery, repair, and change process.

supervision

Clinical & Peer Supervision

Working with practitioners & professionals.

My supervisory approach is influenced by research in neuroscience, somatic experiencing, and the felt sense. When the focus of supervision is both the relationship and the bodymind, the learning and supervisory support builds trust, competence, and insight.
