Sometimes we need support to find a clear path or a new direction. At other times we simply need to feel supported. I work with many different types of people and in different professional contexts. My approach is relational, humanistic, and client/supervisee-directed.

Individual Services
A focus on mental health recovery.
I work with clients to build meaning and new self-stories. Life can be tricky and this sometimes leads to feeling unsafe, unsure, or uncertain. Finding ways to make sense of our experiences is an important part of the recovery, repair, and change process.
Working with Couples
New ways to connect, repair, & collaborate.
Relationships can be attuned, connected, and intentional when we make time to recognise our partner’s unique qualities and contributions. Couples work aims to reframe relational dynamics and conflict, and bring what’s valuable and meaningful into focus.
Early-career Mentorships
Clinical & Business Support.
A mentorship model is both durational (twelve months) and relational (Rogerian). It prioritises developing the person as well as the clinician and facilitates more space to seek, inquire, listen, challenge, and belong.
Clinical & Peer Supervision
Working with practitioners & professionals.
My supervisory approach is influenced by research in neuroscience, somatic experiencing, and the felt sense. When the focus of supervision is both the relationship and the bodymind, the learning and supervisory support builds trust, competence, and insight.
